Due to state regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, Main Street Liquor only accepts returns on unopened, non-perishable items or products that are found to be spoiled or damaged upon delivery. All return requests must be initiated within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt.

Our team will review your request to ensure it meets state compliance and will provide a Return Authorization number if approved.
Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage the unopened bottle or damaged item in its original shipping container to prevent further breakage during transit.
Drop-off or Pickup
Bring the item back to our Main Street location or use the provided prepaid shipping label to send the package back to our warehouse for a full refund.
