Jordan Salcito is a sommelier and the founder of Drink RAMONA, a family of award-winning Italian spritzes. She became friends with Sean Josephs, Pinhook's co-founder and master blender, through their shared love of wine. Jordan spent over a decade working in New York, including as part of the team to win the James Beard Award for "Outstanding Wine Service" at Eleven Madison Park. Her wine list at Momofuku Ko was named "Most Original Wine List in the World."
Ever a student, Salcito passed the Master Sommelier "Blind Tasting" exam on her first try and spends time each year working harvest. Her forthcoming book, Smart Mouth, will be published by Ten Speed Press. She lives in France with her family.
