Agua de Cora VELATO Mezcal
In 2021, Maestro AgustĂn created this blend for us from three different Velato batches. Each was produced in a slightly different way and used different woods in the cooking process. The result is incredibly rich and complex; a truly unique batch that can never be re-created. Maestro used 100L of the âneuvoâ batch, 50L of a batch that rested in glass for 8 months, and 60L of a 2 year old batch, also rested in glass. The blend then rested in glass for two years to incorporate the three batches together.
Tasting Notes: Butterscotch, vanilla, almost popcorn, cooked pineapple. White peach on the nose.
