This tequila utilizes the same traditional distilling methods, by cooking the Agave in a traditional brick oven, using old traditions including the old cooper pot distilling method, but differs in that it is rested in bourbon oak wooden barrels from Kentucky for at least 6 months in order to achieve its exquisite taste and until it achieves the highest maturity of Tequila flavor.
